Faculty now have their students to do some graded work in groups. It may be a preparation of a research or report, collection and analysis of data. It can be supported visually by visual aids. It is a high expecting task that the groups must produce a quality outcome or output. It is also important to know and understand that group works gradually improve the student’s social behaviour and eventually changes his/her individuality.

Here are some important things that may improve student group works.

It is important to remember that a good student-teacher relationship should be established until the end of school year. For it may prolong the connections between teachers and their students.

4. Time Management

Value of time is one of the necessary traits that the members of the group should possess. It is also the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. It may be aided by a range of skills, tools and techniques.

5. Books, Books, Books….

It is important in a group activity that the contents of the project especially a researched activity be specified and informative. In that case, books and other related resources are used. Research from hundreds of correlation studies shows that the best readers read the most and poor readers read the least.

6. Work Load

Workload is the amount work assigned to or expected from a worker in a specified time period. It should be analyzed to determine the time, effort and resources necessary to carry out the departments operations, resulting in identifying the organizations actual needs of human resources both in terms of quality and quantity, and develop these resources to achieve the goals and strategies of the group.

7. Goals

A goal is a desired result that a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve, a personal or organizational desired end. Point in some sort of assumed development. Many students endeavour to reach goal within a finite time by setting deadlines. It is roughly similar to purpose or aim, the anticipated result which guides reactions, or an end, which is an object, either a physical object or an abstract object, that has intrinsic value. Goals should be the main reason why the given group work be finished in a given time.
