Women and men are capable of completing our tasks and living our lives to the fullest. Both have unique traits, perspectives, and social obligations. For instance, girls and women are expected to behave politely, be accommodating, and dress in typically feminine ways. Men are frequently perceived as being strong, aggressive, and courageous. Every civilization, ethnic group, and culture has gender role expectations, yet these expectations might differ considerably from one group to the next. However, this does not imply that people should treat one another differently based on how they look, how they’re doing in life, or where they live. We cannot treat them differently in accordance with their gender.

Each of us has the right to live in a society where we all have equal chances and rights based on how we choose to live, free from prejudice and discrimination. Nowadays, most of them are able to perform similar tasks. There are more and more positions available that are open to both men and women. Regardless of their gender, they received the same wage with having the same position. Splitting up the jobs with one another will enable you to complete your household duties. Both are capable of cooking, cleaning the kitchen, and caring for their family. Having equal rights and opportunities for everyone was emphasized in gender equality. The advancement of our society will make it safer, happier, and a healthier place to live with gender equality.

To do this, we must teach the next generation the importance of treating everyone fairly and equally, regardless of their gender. We as educators must acknowledge that our learners deserve fair treatment and chances. We need to eliminate gender disparity in order to provide a welcoming environment for learning for everyone. By giving students opportunities for critical thinking, self-reflection, and voice development, teachers should work to empower their pupils. More contextual justifications might inspire each student to present their philosophical viewpoints in original ways, free from prejudice and unfair criticism.
