        Being a teacher we are often confronted with so many anticipations on how on how to maintain professional competency and effectiveness regarding our daily routine as a teachers. But as years passed by we were able to cope with the demands of our profession.

        To become an effective and competent teacher entitles hard work and required awareness of the varying roles, duties and responsibilities to simulate every day.  As a facilitator of learning we must always promote a safe and positive learning environments exemplifies and regulations of our professions. Through these guides, we were able to gain the trust of our learning’s as well as their parents. We must also show willingness to assume varied roles and reflections on our daily performance to become more effective. It is believed that effective teaching is responsible teaching. We always face our learner’s fully equipped with knowledge with greater skills such as functional skills, adaptive skills and professional skills.

  • Knows how to explain the content in a manner that their students  understand

 

 

    These teachers winning attitude help us a lot to gain the daily target inour  day to day dealings with the learners. We gain our clientele’s respects and pupils ruled in the different competitions. Quality performance on the different tests administered to the class was very evident at the end of every school year. It was a great joy and consolation for us teachers to be a recipient of various awards in the different competitions were they become a trainer.
