A student leader’s most important role is to be a good motivator who inspires people. Why is it a good student leader role because it shows that they can motivate and help people who do not know how to do the things that they can. If you motivate them they will at least try and do some of the things you can do if you are better at what they are trying to do. If they are down and they keep saying that ¨I can’t do this¨ well then you would have to motivate them and tell them ¨you can¨ because they will never get better in life if they do not try. If they have exams and they just sit there, you will need to be a good motivator and tell them they can do it so they will not get a bad grade on their exams. All of this show what a student leader’s role is – they motivate kids to try to help them get better. A good student leader does not seek self-fame, instead, he or she aims to help others to achieve their best in life. This kind of leader uses his or her power to make a difference by motivating the ones who feel difficult and those who aren’t excelling the way he is. It may sound plain but motivating others play a big role in building others confidence knowing that there are people who believes in them, people who are rooting for their success academically.
