Teaching profession is not easy, teachers exert time, telant, treasure and effort in implementing daily lessons. Prepares lesson plan and instructional materials ahead of thime, accomplish reports before deadline and trained pupils as the preparation of yearly contest in different subject areas. Handling pupils with various behavioral problems so stressful! But challenging.

Teachers also a human being who felt tired get sick and facing family problems and challenges that needed to be solved. But all of these are not the center of the life of a teacher we should be flexible and able respond to altered circumstances or conditions, a model being a good example to the student not easily affected of any challenges in life, a counselor we should give guidance on personal, social and psychological problem. Teacher’s mind  are always active throughout the year shows excitement in daily activities hoping and claiming that information that we fed to our students will bear fruit of success.

As teachers we are just human who are in need of good health so that we can serve our nation in a long period of time. P.T Burnum said, “ the foundation of success in life is good health” that substratum fortune; it is also the the basis of happiness. A person cannot accumulate a fortune very well when he is sick. “ I think  that age as a number is not nearly as important as health. You can in poor health and be pretty miserable at 40 or 50. If you’re in good health, you can enjoy things into your 80’”. Said, Bob Barker. We teacher, have mission to be accomplished so we must reamin strong and healthy.
