Every day in our lives, we have the opportunity to change the world. The goal of all leaders is the same, regardless of whether they are in charge of an entire nation, city, organization, or merely a small group of people. And that is to accomplish something better and new.

Although leaders are renowned for taking the initiative, and the people they serve are expected to follow their steps but as a leader, it is vital for them to put those around them first. A leader must have the ability to forge fruitful connections and relationships in addition to making wise decisions. It is essential to put other people’s needs first while making wise judgments, and in order to do that, we must be aware of their concerns and give them a chance to be heard.

Age isn’t a hindrance in making a great leader. Just as wisdom doesn’t always come with age. Therefore, whether you are old or young, if your intention is to make the world a better place, you can be a leader. Leaders motivate their team members to do great work, communicate expectations and unite , members with a shared sense of purpose to achieve the vision.
