A leader must have the ability to forge fruitful connections and relationships in addition to making wise decisions. It is essential to put other people’s needs first while making wise judgments, and in order to do that, we must be aware of their concerns and give them a chance to be heard.

Age isn’t a hindrance in making a great leader. Just as wisdom doesn’t always come with age.
