Teacher is defined as the person who imparts knowledge with his/ her students. The most important task of a teacher is to inspire/ encourage his/ her students to fulfill his/ her dreams as we guide them for the bright tomorrow.

We often feel the sense of contentment and fulfillment when our student learn from what we have discuss and depressed when they got failed. This is because we feel that we are responsible for their holistic growth.

In addition, we feel our worth when our student’s not only apply what they have learned instead good character/ attitude that they will use in the future. We are said to be the builders/ breakers of the student’s future. But they are wrong with that, teachers, students as well as the parents must work hand in hand to build their bright future.

We must give our full effort and patient in helping our student’s progress from one level to another. We must not fail them to explore/ innovate.

It’s high time for us to turn the necessary measures we should take in order to succeed in our work and produce more literate citizens who can help our country in its development.
