As a front liner of education, being a teacher  is also the top innovators in school.  Having a little hope of success and passion if my leaders can not stand before or behind me with motivation and encouragement to support me in my efforts. There, I take the risk/s.

Risk-taking is very important in education, not only because that I can create the possibility to perform a new strategy successfully, but because I can innovate and demonstrate models the way I want to and explore ideas in my own way to boost my performance and engage it with my students, an extreme engagement and be the passion of what they want to do. “I must teach my students to look for good opportunities and take the risk to motivate themselves.”

Taking the risk to create space that can encourage my co-teachers to explore and enhance their ideas and new possibilities to be more productive.  As an educator, I can employ them a simple-risk taking strategies that will make them proud of themselves and innovate for a change as we handling the 21^st Century learners today. Such strategies may encourage our students to become more engaged in learning and more willing to take a chance on what their future holds and attain the value and goal of education.

The risk of being a 21^st century teachers and an innovator will start a good step towards oour passion and service commitment in teaching.
