Imagine a classroom without a teacher, that no matter how conducive and standard the classrooms are, one cannot expect productive pupil in this manner. Of all the things written about a teacher, whether profound goodness or not, I would like to share it with you.

I am the authoritative element in the classroom. It is my ability to create the climate. It is my daily mood that makes the weather changes. As a teacher, I posses tremendous power to make a child’s life joyous and meaningful. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration. I can degrade or comical, hurt or heal. In all times, it is my response that decides. Whether a crisis will be escalated or deescalated. And a child humanized or dehumanized. How powerful are the responsibilities of a teacher?

How big are the works? How noble are the goals? There are a lot of things to do to be a good teacher. I am a missionary. It is in my hand to ensure pupil’s development physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally. Dealing with children full of sincerity, concern and patience.

A teacher is a friend, a brother, a sister, or a parent. A teacher is a model, who teaches by example, a youth molder, a guidance counselor, an effective of love trust.

A teacher also a dedicated and committed public/private worker willing to sacrifice for honor and prosperity. Not counting the cost of effort for every endeavor, thinking only the welfare of the pupils.

And I am so proud with this noble profession.
