As a 21st century educator, I should be equipped and ready to face the challenges of dealing to this new millennial. In all quarters, I embraced the totality of my student’s strengths and weaknesses. I become more sensitive to what I could offer to everyone inside the classroom. It’s been tough but I learned so much from them.
I gave the students a fun game such as solving puzzles, jumbled words, guessing games that are connected to the lessons, which motivates them in learning. It was encouraging to see how this strategy increased their engagement while also boosting their self-assurance and independence.
I saw amazing results by appreciating their viewpoints and encouraging them to participate actively so that the students develop a deeper understanding and listen about the lessons in horticulture.
