The pandemic of COVID19 has driven traditional teaching systems around the world to change, forcing teachers, students, and parents to adjust to a new way of learning. The difficulties that have arisen during this transition are examined in this short article and highlight the importance of accepting change to secure a prosperous future for education.
It was certainly a challenge to the education landscape caused by the outbreak, but also gave rise to opportunities for growth and change. Changing mindset and willingness to take on change is essential if we are to adapt to the new educational norm. Teachers can ensure that students are equipped with the skills and resilience to cope in a constantly evolving world by using technology, making learning experiences more personal, focusing on psychological well-being, and building a culture of Lifelong Learning for students.
