As far as I am concerned, there are three major factors which will contribute to achieve the goal of having a conducive learning environment. First and foremost, it is but the teachers second are the student, third and last are the student’s parents or guardians.

To begin with, Teachers do play a big role in the attainment of an effective management of a classroom. They serve as a role model or even tagged as second mother of every student in the four corners of a classroom. They are best viewed as the leaders and their students as the followers. If and only when a teacher is efficient and effective in executing his tasks, then that is the point where the goal of transferring learning become totally possible.

Next is the student. The students as followers, as listeners, as participants, and as members of a class also serve as a vital component to the realization of the main goal. As followers, they should have had that spirit of willingness to follow their teacher’s instructions. As listeners, they should have to lend their ears when someone is talking in front of them, be it their teacher or their classmates or any other people whose goal is for them to really learn. And as participants, all of their being must be very eager to participate while the class is on-going. And finally, as members, they should also be ready to partake on other activities like classroom cleaning, so as to maintain a good and conducive learning environment.

Third and last are the student’s parents or guardians. They, too, even when they are not really present during the classes, should have to have the heart to encourage their children to participate well in the activities being given by their teachers. As parents or guardians to their children, they have the responsibility to make it sure that their child is performing well during class hours.

All in all, it only boils down to the fact that it is incumbent to the teacher, to the student, and to their parents/guardians to pursue that one goal, that is, to exude an effective learning environment which will then eventually turn out to a better quality of learning that will radiate not only in a classroom, but also in the school and in the whole community, as well.
