To be a better leader is to be a follower, so women if empowered is said to be a better leader.

First of all, women are followers of their husbands. As it was said on the Bible, that as for the wife, she should be submissive to her husband.

With these, a lot of women have character of being a follower. In order for a family to be united and coordinated, a woman should be the light in the house. She must be the leader of being a submissive or to be not under controlled, for the purpose of having a peaceful living of a family. With that, if the woman submits right from the family of her own, she can therefore lead in other matters.

Second, women as it begins in the house that they can leave with the character of being submissive, there is also a character of being able to decide what is good for her kids and for the family, though we know for a fact that the husband is then the main decision-maker, we cannot take out from the moment that as a wife, she is the one who supports her husband in a manner that is morally. Actually, if a husband is successful, it is said that behind the success of a man is a woman. Therefore, being a woman with a supportive of a man is a thinker, positive decision-maker, as part of the exchanging communication with the husband. Then, woman is able to lead too.

All of examples given supports that, as a women can lead her family so as for the country. Since, it is said that on their own family there is a submission and decision-making going on. Therefore, that as for the women with empowerment can lead not only family but as well as for the Philippines.
