The revolution in education has come along the way, particularly today that we are in the new normal way of learning.  The fundamental human process of leaders’ decision making should involve critical thinking, analytical thinking, and issue resolution for the creation of a relevant and intellectual approach and milieu for cultivating truly educated individuals. It is essential to help the institution function successfully and effectively realize their goals. More specifically, a dynamic mechanism through which educational leaders influence ethical behavioral outcomes should have a proper decision-making. A great leader is also considered a moral person who possesses trustworthiness, integrity, and honesty. Hence, a leader should have a role-modeling behavior that demonstrates appropriate conduct through personal actions and interpersonal relationships.

The simplest act of the mind to affirm or deny something to attain truth about learning is a judgment. However, it gives the mind a complex purpose, for it involves subject and attribute. With this, it is important for the educators to apply a reasonable and organized analysis technique before giving judgment on the educational process for the purpose of making education become a powerful and efficient tool in realizing the needs of the society and students.

Educators must learn to apply the principles of logic, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making in the discharge of official duties and responsibilities as it is a way for them to solicit a deeper holistic understanding on problems to find a strategy most pursuant with ethical decision making.
