“Learning is a never ending endeavour.”
As educators of the 21st century, it is our primary accountability to upgrade ourselves to the fullest. Like what they always say, “You cannot give what you don’t have; you can’t teach what you don’t know”. Our repertoire of knowledge is the best weapon we can ever have to be fully equipped in our chosen career. More so, the cravings and thirsts of our dear learners for indispensable knowledge should always be quenched and satisfied and that is through our wisdom and values.
As a newbie teacher, I am still aspiring to be the best I can ever be in my profession. I am still aiming for a higher goal, for my learners and of course, for myself. My passion for teaching consistently propels me to be abreast in every undertaking related to education and practice of my profession and skills.
Another reason for this pursuit of learning is that, some people around you would always try to degrade and demoralize you for they are judgmental to put limits in your capacity. Their criticisms actually challenge me a lot. I want to prove them wrong for more than anyone else, I know my capabilities and strengths.
We are all endowed with natural talents and skills. Now, it is our duty to discern our strong points and weaknesses. I am grateful to assert that I am now sufficiently knowledgeable to know what I want. This AVENUE TO ANOTHER MILESTONE TO SUCCESS is certainly a stepping stone to my greatest fulfilment and desire in life.
