Filipinos are fond of eating pasta recipes and these kinds of food are served in different style depending on the individuals’ taste preferences. It is really loved by people of all ages from different walks of life. Pasta recipes are best for all occasions like birthdays, weddings and holidays.
Here is a pasta recipe that will surely perk up ones’ appetite:
Cheesy Pasta with Tropicana Sauce
Ingredients:
½ kilo pasta spaghetti
¼ kilo bidbid meat
2 whole egg
1 med carrot grated
1 med onion diced
3 cups Buco meat grated
1 med avocado
1 cup evaporated milk
1 can pineapple tidbits
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
Cook pasta until “al dente” then set aside.
For the meat balls:
Combine bidbid meat, onion, carrot, egg, salt, and pepper then form into balls and deep fry until golden brown then set aside.
For the Sauce:
In a blender pour in the buco meat, milk, avocado then add cheese. Blend until smooth.
Pour the Tropicana sauce over pasta then top it with meatballs then serve.
