Every day is a new experience and everyday we deal with other people. Not all people we deal have positive attitudes because others show negatives attitudes. They are called a people with attitude problems.
Some of the attitudes problems that we encountered not only among professionals who are non-teachers but even among teachers as well are the following:
- Arriving late to work and leaving early. Taking for granted directions from their head/principal or even supervisor.
- Showing difficulty in communicating with others. Showing un-usual act or behavior at work.
- Criticizing and enjoying ones’ or co-workers fault or mistakes.
We must remember that the attitudes with which we approach eventually shape our individuality. School heads should know how to deal with teachers with attitude problems to be able to meet the organization’s mission and vision. School heads must know how to be a good role model to his/her teachers and parents as well to build a harmonious relationship in the organization. It is a must that the school community works cooperatively for the benefit of the school children and improvement of school.
This way we can attract stakeholders to adopt the school and support schools programs and activities.
