The closeness of today’s challenges means to be future-fit in such a challenging context.   Trying to predict or forecast the future is of partial benefit in a world of high uncertainty not only in teaching as well as in learnings.

What is highly appreciated, is to identify a series of different credible future scenarios, explore what influences they could have and identify possible implications for policies. It is also beneficial to look beyond the opportunity of traditional sights and consider how multiple developments can upskills and reskills in different ways. Total change for the future may be happening further and faster than our planned (and sometimes lengthy) ways are designed to handle with, and when we get back to the future of teaching and learning, we changes and grows permanently, so let’s back to the education system’s ability and  respond to it in the future.
