Today’s technology field is booming and constantly changing and many individuals are interested in pursuing a career in computer technology. Professionals in information technology commonly specialize in the practical application of computers and related applications and they solve problems using up-to-date technology. They focus on how to make information systems work effectively.  That’s what I want to apply to my profession right now. I’m a proud public teacher in Bataan wherein I wanted to implement what kind of system I will develop the SF’s Paperless System.

What is SF? Student Forms are categorized as SF 1 to SF 10, which is needed every month to accomplished by the teacher. I’d like to pursue this system to LESS or even totally remove these forms to lessen the burden of the teachers.

“Teaching is the noblest profession in the world,” stated President David O. McKay. Teachers should focus on teaching, not in bundles and bulk paper works which they concentrated every now and then because of deadlines. A teacher is one who has a desire to touch the lives of each student and somehow leave them better than they were. The richest rewards of teaching come when a teacher can observe the growth and development of the students.

There is a big difference between private and public institutions. In private, we focus on teaching students and those forms are done by secretaries. While in public, we are teaching, doing reports daily and student forms monthly. I want to implement my research on SF’s Paperless System so that we can focus and concentrate on teaching.

Paperless System is a greatly reduced the use of paper in the workplace. The process of converting paper files into electronic files is known as digitization. There are many benefits to going paperless, saves Time, saves space, saves money, eases the transfer of information, promotes the environment, boosts security.
