Nowadays’ technology without a doubt, technological advancement benefits us in every aspect of human life, especially now that the basic protocol is to maintain a social distance to prevent the virus from spreading rapidly. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, the global education sector is transitioning to digitized learning. Technology has an impact on the educational system; by collecting data and information, students can improve their learning.
Today’s students have grown up in a technologically advanced world. They have no recollection of their lives before they met them. As a result, teachers frequently believe that their students are fully capable of performing in this area.
The school recognizes this by instilling in our students a culture of successful digital citizenship. Using ICT, we are encouraging everyone to take responsibility for themselves. This allows us to maximize the potential that technology brings to the teaching and learning process while also minimizing and learning to effectively respond to the challenges that we may encounter while using it in a learning context.
We believe that we must prepare our students to actively participate in the world in which they live. It is obvious that their ability to participate as effective digital citizens will be a valuable skill in this new world. Giving students and teachers the opportunity to experience the challenges posed by technology in a safe and nurturing environment where clear, effective guidance can be sought as students and teachers learn is an important part of learning these skills.
