BREAKING THE LIMITS

From empty to wholly, from obscurity to complexity, innovation finds its way to transformation. Similar to a clear child who is said to be an empty shell bound to become jam-packed man. From empty to wholly, from obscurity to complexity, innovation finds its way to transformation. Similar to a clear child who is said to be an empty shell bound to become jam-packed man. Sometimes, a gradual change in life pinch its way. But more often than not, life is fast changing with the dawn of science and technology.  Science, the precious stone of the modern era, is one of the major breakthroughs in the human world. It has brought out technology that made the world where it is now. The advent of microscope, computers, gadgets, internet and the rest made a vital blow in the blossoming field of education and curriculum planning and development.

These things are believed to be a mammoth jumpstart in improving man’s life in search of greater heights. These scientific discoveries make the tasks of man easier, they make jobs done faster than the traditional way; and they accomplish things with efficiency and accuracy. These parameters became the framework in outlining curriculum reformation.

Nothing is permanent in this world except change. Sooner or later we will revolutionize so as the approach in teaching because the pacing of learning varies with the kind of learner we have in the every classroom in school, from SEDP, BEC, then NSEC, UBD and now K+12 spiral style in teaching. Not only does the prospectus change but the sequence of the lesson also modifies.

The child that was once a tabularaza is now a complex entity as he adapts to a strengthen curriculum reformation brought about by science and technology that works hand and hand with education. The software inculcated by the teachers to the learners mind and the hardware provided by the Department of Education to rocket academic performance is slowly crawling to its goal.

Perhaps the motivation of acquiring the fruit of intelligence is to nurture what we can and reformed what we have. Constant learning is no more; it is about breaking our limits.
