In various school institution bullying becomes one of the major problems that seem to be alarming because of the
tremendous effect resulting from this unacceptable act. The stress from being bullied can create problems for students at school.
They may be fearful of attending school, going out for a ride, using the comfort room or being alone while walking in the corridor. This fear
and anxiety make it difficult for an individual to focus and engage in the classroom, making learning that much more complicated.
Bullying can cause children to experience fear, depression, loneliness, anxiety, low self-esteem, physical illness, and in some cases, even
suicidal thoughts.
The impact of bullying on individuals can turn very unpleasant, as most children cannot deal with this phenomenon on
their own. If you ask any psychologist about physical signs of bullying, the description that would be put before you is bound to be the
same. The victim obviously withdraws himself from the crowd and becomes a loner. He lacks self-confidence and develops lower self-
esteem. The victim can hardly figure out things happening around and tend to lose sense of responsibility and cooperation and as a result,
preferred to accomplish things alone silently, avoiding anyone to notice him. Bullying comes in different forms physical and verbal bullying
are two of the most common types. We have to do something regarding this issue to protect and save the victims from long-term effects
and to properly guide the bullies
