“We had grown into one another somewhere along the way. We were officially a team.”

          In the quest of attaining anything like awards, appreciation, and commendation, the hardest part is how to start, where to start and whom we will start with.

          To collate winning materials and the people who will work and support the quest is like looking a needle in the stacks of hay in the field. Obstacles, negative minds, criticism come and go which sometimes resulting to giving up the quest.

Not to forget the people around who will do everything because they seem to be so happy in the downfall of one. Sad truth in the workplace but really they are there.

 

          But  once the purpose / objective have been laid, cleared , explained and the tasks to be done are divided equally well to the team, the sources in which can be taken from are reachable, the benefits that everyone will have after hardest quest they will undergo, the magnificent support to ensure success will pour life water from  the  falls during rainy days because by nature camaraderie in any workplace is there and can be feel as long as everyone feels that they played an important role and be appreciated and commended even they have shared a very simple shed of light in the quest of shedding the dark for attaining the trophy.

          At the end of the day, when another task come and need to work for, support will come so easy and fast as it should because as what mentioned earlier, when one feels his importance, been appreciated and been commended, camaraderie in the workplace is felt and always around for a common goal of putting the organization in the pedestal of winners and achievers.
