Every person should live with dignity and in peace, away from abuses that can be inflicted by the abusive institutions or individuals. But based on others’ observation, some children’s basic rights in a traditional and and alternative schools are often ignored. To the fact that there are rampant human rights violations experienced by the children during their stay in school. Let us remember that if adults refuse to collaborate with child’s natural development, they could create immense, unnecessary suffering.

Some children have experienced a discrimination, shamed by their school mates or punished for having different learning styles. Accordingly, children who experienced to be being denied by their right even in a simple thing just like the right to go to the toilet when needed could leave trauma and health problems which can be carried by the children up to their their adulthood. Let us remember that once the pupils unable to relate themselves at the subject matter, they will naturally lose their interest with their studies.

With this, teachers should be vigilant on what their pupils are doing inside the classroom and make sure that all activities that will be given to the children are aligned with their stages of cognitive and emotional development.  If we will allow children to feel more comfortable in learning environments, we adults will also feel better and happier! Instead of having to worry about being thirsty or feeling emotionally drained, children should be consistently meet their needs. In this way, children will gain the opportunity to experience true, authentic learning with joy and it will lead to a lifelong love of learning.
