According to Alden Palmer, a writer,Each of us should be God’s indispensable person.  Man needs God, as most of us will agree.  But also, God needs men!  Only through the labor of men can God’s plan be matured.  For how can He work for us except through men?             The above-written quotation suggests to…

According to Alden Palmer, a writer,Each of us should be God’s indispensable person.  Man needs God, as most of us will agree.  But also, God needs men!  Only through the labor of men can God’s plan be matured.  For how can He work for us except through men?

The above-written quotation suggests to us the importance of teamwork. As the famous adage states No man is an island.  No one can make his work perfect, he needs another person.  Everything we do affects everything else.  Interaction between members should be extensive.   The amount of cooperative teamwork present is very substantial in the school environment. To do this, the administrators and teachers work together with high degree of confidence and trust.  The administrator sees to it that there will not be conflict between groups and individuals, and if ever there will exist one, the school administrator with the help of the teachers will make the school environment free from conflict and will remain healthy.  The school principal must see to it that he/she will make an effort to talk with teachers about career aspirations within the organization.  To achieve cooperation in the school environment, the school administrator must exercise adaptability and flexibility in program implementation.  In a school with teamwork, teachers are given the leeway in planning for school activities and suggests recommendations and methodologies.  At the same time, the school administrator must be equipped with intelligence and power in respond to situations, problems and opportunities.   Important things regarding teachers’ responsibilities must be discussed extensively with the school administrators to really feel teamwork and cooperation.

To establish real teamwork, let us put this intelligent advice from Red Auerbach to our minds and hearts.  They said you have to use your five best players, but I found out you win with the five that fit together.
