An effective Mobile Teacher chooses a strategy to fit a particular situation. Being a teacher who took most of the time looking for a better way to deliver the five core competencies, will need to consider what effective strategy to use in every specific situation. By remaining flexible and observant, we can determine which strategy may be most effective in our field. The list are some of strategies that can be used in Alternative Learning System.

Encourage persistence and effort rather than just praising and evaluating. It is important to encourage the Out-of-school Youth and Adults to pursue and exert more effort to finish what they started in the system.
We knew that most of the learners in Alternative Learning System encounter problems that leads them to stop studying and pursuing their dreams. Giving them assistance to develop their competence and skills will be a good strategy that will benefit them and the system. They will become more motivated to start anew and help them feel they are the priority of the bureau.
Acknowledge what your learners do or say. Let them know that we noticed by giving positive attention, sometimes through comments, and sometimes by just sitting nearby and observing. Acknowledgement for the Last, the Least and the Lost can develop understanding and avoid conflicts and pressures.
