The effective teaching –learning process of a teacher is to make sure that proper classroom management should be implemented. We, as teachers should manage how the students will acquire discipline inside the classroom considering that it will be the driving force for our student to have harmonious relationship with each other as well. In the classroom, we meet diverse learners   with different behaviors and attitudes among others. This  will probably the challenge on the part of the teacher wherein the sense of flexibility will take part in dealing with learners with diverse personality.

There are  certain  situations   wherein several teachers faced problems regarding classroom management like having inattentive class and students are unruly. In this case, teachers must address the problem immediately or else the whole class will surely be affected.

However, these problems can be solved in different ways. First, we as teachers should develop rules to our students. We should engage ours students in creating rules in the classroom so that they will be more obedient and respectful to the rule. It is also create a democratic environment because they are given a chance to speak for their own opinion regarding the rule. Second, use positive terms and show them what to do, be a role model and follow the rules yourself. Let us show to our students that obeying the rules is important through our actions and by so doing, it could generate trust to our students because your good example as a teacher in following the rules will serve as a motivation for them to follow. Third, show to our students that we care about their success. Let them feel that we are concerned with them. The more they feel their worth. The more they are appreciated, the more they will be eager to learn because they sense that they are important to us.

Let us remember, that student’s discipline is a controlled behavior and it is expected that occasionally or eventually they will misbehave for some instance but as a classroom managers on our own, we must be patiently engage ourselves to give our outmost care and consideration. If not, who else could give? Teachers are the second parents of the students in school, and it make  sense. We can teach them correct principles that will give assurance to our students that they will become a better person and a disciplined law abiding citizen someday.
