In order to teach, one must be able to manage the students regardless of any situation. No matter how good a teacher is, if he is unable to control his students in his classroom, little learning will take place. This is the reason why classroom management serves as an integral part of teaching and managing the students.

The teachers plays an important role inside the classroom, because the classroom will not function well without them. As a teacher, he is the classroom manger. He takes care of the classroom routine and classroom discipline.

            Classroom management has four elements such as Physical Environment, Intellectual Climate, Social Climate and lastly Emotional Climate.

            When we say physical environment we are pertaining to location, size, shape and room construction itself. The fixtures inside the room, the instructional materials, its ventilation and its cleanliness and orderliness. The classroom is a place where formal learning occurs. This is where, both the teacher and students are interacting. To wrap up everything, it must be a place that offers a wholesome venue for leaning activities, which can be realized only in an atmosphere conducive to both teaching and learning process.

            A good classroom has a stimulating climate resulting to a desirable surroundings as well as, it promotes a healthful condition for social relationship and emotional attitude of the students.

            Promoting a sound intellectual climate means, that a teacher must help the leaners think clearly, critically, creatively and intelligently. In connection to this, the learners are free to workout and find solution to their own problems. Hence, their ability to be intelligent and self-directing.

            Classroom management and classroom disciplines really plays an important role in molding a student’s personality. Continues application must be applied to maintain orderly behavior of the learners.  

            After all, I myself, was once as a student who went through observing classroom management issues which my teachers under went through!
