In the advancing world of technology, the department has promoted the use of modern instructional device in the total education program process. The use of computer has proven its great help in the teaching-learning process.

                If an appropriate program is selected and constructed in language teaching, the teacher can be freed for individual oral work with pupils. Enrichment programs can be provided for advanced students. Programmed instruction can provide a way for teachers to keep up with expanding knowledge in the fields.

                The efforts which computer device instruction gives on education depend on the excellence of the program developed. In other words the effectiveness of this device depends upon how well the topics are organized for presentation.

                Tested and effective program will have their place to be chosen according to the needs of the individual learners.
