The center of the Educational System is the CHILD, that’s why a great stress must be put on the climate of the school—variety of elements or factors like people, space, facilities, curriculum and activities must be considered.

At the beginning of the school year, pupils ought to have the impression of entering an environment that is conducive to learning, clean and healthy surroundings, child- friendly people, child-centered curriculum and activities, etc. The whole environment is expected to be full of love, care and freedom that can be felt among the teachers, staff and other school personnel.

School and community partnership including families should also be strengthened so that relationship will be enhanced—this will result in achieving the goals of the school.

Whenever a school creates a favorable climate, it greatly affects student achievement and performance and it becomes an agent to positive change.
