In the real world, our pupils come from all walks of life. Each of them is unique. They all have problems and some do not deal well with conflicts.Schools are established and pupils come for one reason: to learn. That is why teachers should maximize the learning in every subject and must keep order in the classroom.
Not all strategies work with every pupil.but of course, pupils should know the classroom rules and regulation. The teacher should define the boundaries and set those before the work begins.
Teachers can create a calm, placid classroom environment by keeping the lesson moving.Different activities will pent up energy and pupils will most likely share their biggest smiles once their teacher tries to get them up out of their seats at least once during the class period.
Pupils who are actively engaged in learning activity are generally not disrupting the class. That is why teachers should not lecture for the whole period.
In addition,if pupil does something nice, tell them that you appreciate their kindness. This let them know that you really do careabout them. When they are disruptive,go and stand by them.By doing this, they will stop and get back to their work.
Kids are kids.If they are not actively engaged in the lesson, they tend to engaged in something else.A calm, placid environment by then lies within the effectiveness of the teacher.
