We are now in the modern era, such technological advancements amazes our world and is widely used in the learning process. But bullying does not only come in the physical world but also now in cyber form. There’s not much of a difference with Verbal Bullying and Cyberbullying. But what is posted in the world wide web will never be removed; no matter what happens. The damage will stay for an unlimited span of time.

Cyberbullying takes place using electronic technology. Examples are receiving hatemails and seeing rumors through posts and messages in social media sites. Posts of embarrassing pictures, videos, creating websites, or fake profiles are other forms of Cyberbullying.

The schools may not be concerned when the bullying takes place outside the premises. In this case, we can only respond to Cyberbullying by teaching the kids how to act for safety. Tell them not to respond or reply and never forward cyberbullying messages. keep the evidences of the act by recording the dates, times and descriptions of instances when it has occurred. Block the person who is committing the act of cyberbullying. Finally, make it known to their parents and other authorized members of the family. Knowing that what you do in the web stays on the web for a long time, Cyberbullying may be the most critical form of bullying and may be the hardest to abolish.

As the second parents of the children in the community, we have to be a good role model for them to follow alongside their parents. We have to set ourselves as an example on how to love and respect other members of the society no matter how far the gaps between us. No matter how different we are, we are all equal and unique in our own ways.
