Imposing discipline is one of the hardest tasks of teachers. It may be difficult but rewarding specially when the teachers witnessed the gradual change in students behavior. Remember that teachers do not only teach the in the four corners of the room, they are also counselors. No teacher likes students who ruin her discussion. Not all the time teachers are in good mood and so with the students. So what will the teachers to deal with such problem of indiscipline?
The tendency, most of the time, is for the teacher to reprimand and the least bring the student to the Guidance Office.
