Summing it all, the key to quality education in any school is the quality of the teaching force or the dedicated teachers who are willing to sacrifice for the welfare of the students. It means that a school need to hire teachers who are not only educationally qualified but educators who are totally committed to serve their learners. It denotes that the whole school system should have progress that will inspire and motivate teachers to truly give their best when it comes to transferring knowledge and values to every student. A school should adopt new targets to meet the needs and define implementation strategies to attain them in the context of the education systems goals, mission and vision.

The professional development of teachers must also be the top priority of the school. Through trainings, workshops and seminars, the knowledge and capabilities as well as the efficiency of the teacher increases. The learners under their care have greater chances of gaining knowledge and skills leading to greater chance of facing the challenges of the world than those who had been under a less prepared teachers, that is the very reason why we need dedicated teachers nowadays.
