The teacher plays variety of rules in the life of a child- he or she is not only a facilitator of learning, a parent inside the classroom, an adviser, he or she also serves as an inspires to all his or her pupils in the school. If there are pupils who are lazy in the class and who are not participating, the teacher will motivate them. If there pupils who are always absent, the motivational skill of the teacher is important.

                                Talking about absenteeism, failure and drop-outs in school, some of its causes are family related issues like family problems (broken families, environment, economic status, etc.) The teacher needs to identify its causes because it greatly affects the learning condition of children in School.

                                To minimize drop-out in school. It is strongly recommended that teachers should bring back the habit of Home-Visitation to develop pupil-teacher-parent relationship and encourage parent participation in the education of the child. Guidance and Counseling should also be strengthen to understand the needs of the child and the school and classroom must be conducive to learning so that the learners will be inspired to attend his or her class regularly.
