A teacher’s way of communication and relationship to his/her students inside the classroom have an effect on the ability of the students to talk and convey messages with reasoning and rationale. Teachers are able to maintain an open environment by becoming more compassionate in the way they deal with students and more sensitive in the way they say things during classroom discussions especially if it concerns with the observed attitudes of students inside the classroom or even performance at a certain subject. This is according to the July 2016 Edition of the Teaching and Teacher Education publication in the United States. It is therefore vital for teachers to take note that a hard way of learning isn’t always the way to make the students learn.

The classroom should be a conducive place for them to start the acquisition of knowledge that will allow the students to become prepared as they take on life’s challenges through their respective professions. Communication is one way to make them realize of the genuine concern of teachers for their educational growth. While some educators would require a not-so-conventional way of delivering their modules and lessons, it must still be under the context of a smooth communication between the educators and the learners. One of the techniques employed by teachers in the western countries is DIALOGIC TEACHING. It is a taped daily discussion of the lessons which shall be an opportunity for the educators to either benchmark or improve on all for the end result of allowing students to talk with reasoning.

It has shown that dialogic teaching actually facilitates students’ participation during discussion by allowing them to say their piece about the lesson without the constant thought of discrimination brought about by the intimidating nature of the teacher. Further, the said dialogic teaching has become an opportunity for the educators to develop and create a teaching professional development to employ such strategy to enhance and facilitate better and effective learning experience for the students.

Teaching has become one of the most dynamic professions that have ever existed. With the variations in the way the students learn, teachers must be able to find out and employ teaching strategies that will direct them to their goal of educating their students in the best way they can. With communication as a way of information exchange, it can definitely enhance the teacher’s capability to educate his/her students. A proper and effective way of communication can go a long way. Being compassionate to the students and their learning needs can result to a better classroom dynamics that will ultimately result to learning that will translate to development of the future professionals of the country.
