Endowed with billions of amount of budgets, the country is now engulfing a further institutionalization of the public schools around the nation allocating pesos for classrooms construction, endowment of seats and for textbooks distribution for better and high quality education. But despite having the funds from the regime, it is not still their own belonging since these billions rooted from the sweat glands of every Filipino working hard each in every day. Thus, these allocations must be instructed to be tilted by this time so that youngsters will be the one to benefit from these projects, not anyone else.
