Teachers nowadays suffering from stress due to workload in their home as well as in workplace. To lessen the stress we had, here are some of the tips we need to consider;

  • Prioritize

We need to organize our schedule of work. Plan ahead, first thing first.Rate what is the most important to consider.

  • Learn to say NO.

If we think that something is not worth to do. Learn to say No to someone. Because if we do something that is against our will, it will damaged our moral.

  • Get support

One of the best ways to reduce our stress comes from sharing our day to day challenges with a friend. Some of my best friends have actually been teachers and usually teachers who teach next door to me. Learn to introduce problems to alleviate our worries.

  • Exercise

      If we have time we should give time to release stress through exercise. Cardiovascular exercise is the best way to have a strong heart and healthy body.

  • Treat yourself

Give yourself a break by treating yourself a favorite food and drinks. Have a walk and go to somewhere that will give you inner peace of mind.
