In the present generation, teachers frequently encounter problems in their students.  But there is a good answer to these predicaments and that is the presence of discipline.

 

Before starting a class discussion, a teacher must first set discipline otherwise his/her teaching stint won’t be successful.

 

If there is no proper discipline, learning won’t be attainable.  The teacher must bear in mind that the students must be set first and must give their full attention and order before beginning with the class interaction.

 

The teacher must set the climate and mood of the class.  In doing this, he/she must state the dos and don’ts in the class.  The teacher must establish a good cooperative atmosphere for the students to follow.  In addition, the guidelines and classroom rules must be vividly presented by the teacher so that the students could clearly perceive everything.

 

Consequently, once students already grasped the requirements in the class, then healthy and proper classroom behaviors from the students will be realized.

 

Also, setting a discipline in the classroom could help achieve respect. Respect for a teacher and respect for the learners must be instilled.

 

Discipline is very essential. If you want to have order in the class, then set it well.
