Supervision is one the important aspects in classroom management. The management function of an organization contributes much to the continuing productivity and self-preservation of teachers when they could be high achievers in school with high prestige among them. It is recognized that an ultimate function of the school administrator is giving technical assistance for effective classroom management of teachers.

In every organization, dynamic supervision is very necessary in determining the nature, the work system and its purpose. In other words, supervision helps the teachers in understanding and pursuing the organizational objectives in performing their tasks effectively in the school. However, the school should provide for the condition of the learners as wells as promote their behavior and skills towards excellent performance.

The democratic style of leadership is preferable in dynamic supervision because the teachers could develop their creativity, resourcefulness, and innovativeness in teaching their children. The school administrator also assists them in their professional and personal development, making them productive and effective in the instructional program.
