Today’s teachers need to remember that they do not have a bunchful of knowledge. The students themselves with the flowering of print and non-print materials and E-technology have absorbed so much information that needs t be processed and evaluated. Teachers then should give emphasis on the how and not only on the “What knowledge”. They should learn to be an “A” which is for Administrator, a role that requires a shift in paradigm. A shift that effects a change in teaching from traditional to unconventional, from low student activity to high impact student participating thus making each learner responsible for their own experimentation on various kinds of grouping to suit the activity of the day. For what could be more boring to student than to listen to a one hour talk? Isn’t it contradicting to what education means. Thus, education means to draw out in someone mind.
