To attain our long time dream in achieving quality education, a careful planning and assessment on the strength and weakness of our educational system must be done because the bases of progress in education are our accomplishments. It is based on this report that plants are conceived by teachers, school officials and administrators.

            `                                   At this time, we need good quality teachers who truly are great factors in attaining educational excellence. These teachers must possess values like dedication and commitment at work so that  the goals and vision of the Department of Education will be achieved. Teachers nowadays need to be trained especially in using the technology so they can inspire the pupils and also to improve the teaching -learning condition in school. The government on the other hand should also consider the situation of the teachers in terms of their needs. Unless the government could respond decisively and positively on these areas of concern in attaining educational excellence, quality education will be an exclusive dream.
