Supervision is one of the important aspects in classroom management. The management function of an organization contributes much to the continuing productivity and self – preservation of teachers when they could be high achievers in school with high prestige among them. It is recognized that an ultimate function of the school administrator is giving technical assistance for effective classroom management of teachers.

                Supervision in classroom management is described as helping facilitating, serving, and working together with individuals or in groups by doing and performing their jobs well. Supervision helps the school to achieve its mission and goal more satisfactorily. The improvement of good teaching practices could be done and achieved by providing a classroom environment conducive to learning. This requires effective leadership in setting the school objectives by coordinating, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating the educational outcome.

                The beauty of supervision is manifested through teachers’ creativity and motivational practices in the classroom.
