            Teaching in general is not an easy task, however making your students love studying makes fulfilling and makes you teach some more. Setting the right mood and the right environment for the students is one of the key to achieve the right classroom environment.to be an effective teacher one must set clear learning expectations, objectives must be set before you start the class, establishing clear behavioral expectations, routines must be made inside the classroom ,documents everything ,this will help you keep track everything. lastly find a mentor, especially if you are new in the industry a little helping hand is always welcome.
