Teachers are not in focus to the lesson and so are their views instead thinking of the solutions to the problems that needs to be solved immediately. Always get angry to the students due to loosing of patience. Habitual absences or under-time because teachers need to go to somewhere else looking for solutions to solve the problem. Always late in deadlines in their reports, cards, dll, exams, grades etc. Always got mistakes in every paper works due to lack of focus. Not interested to School activities. Always want to be alone. Poor performance. And the most complicated part is unwanted collection or letting them to sell anything that will help them to sustain their needs. These are the common problems or challenges faced by the teachers.
