Teachers are not in focus to the lesson and so are their views instead thinking of the solutions to the problems that needs to be solved immediately. Poor performance. And the most complicated part is unwanted collection or letting them to sell anything that will help them to sustain their needs. These are the common problems or challenges faced by the teachers.
