Effort is a voluntary exertion of physical or mental energy,  a normally earnest attempt or achievement while a force in Physics is something that changes the state of rest or the body in motion, to compel to do something or to act.  These two words have different spelling and meaning but both have a connection in teaching.

In education,  a teacher play a vital role in determining and evaluating learners progress.  He  has a great influence on how the learner would turned out in the future.  As a result like a doctor his profession is more difficult because of its life -long effect.  Whatever teachings have been  imparted to the pupils or learners  it will be carried on wherever they go or whatever they do.  So the  teacher must follow what each letter of the word  stands for.

T- each  with a golden heart

You are a teacher not because of your salary  but with your profession.  No matter how hard it is do the best that you can do to serve the school well. A little                                     of  sacrifice is of big help for the learners.

Be honest.  Use your 8 hours of teaching.  If possible spend more time with the children.

                                Give more exercises or activities.

A-ssist those who are in need

Be a good observer.  Identify who among your pupils  are with problems and help them                               to the fullest.

                C- onnect  with   them always

Know learners interest.  Capture their eyes, heart and mind.  Find ways to be with them.

                H- ear their side

Be a good listener.  Listen to their opinion and let them be a part in the decision making.                               Make them feel that they are always important.

E- valuate how you teach them

Have a reflection of your daily teachings.  It is not enough that you know how to teach                                  but what happened after you teach.

R- espond immediately to their problem

Act now.   Do not set for tomorrow what you can do for today.

Truly  teaching is an effort and a driving force to mold every learner to become a  better and      mature individual in the future.
