In these fast changing world human activities become easier because of the continues enhancement of innovation.

          Innovation is the process by which new ideas are generated and converted into a new product. One of the example of these is the  innovation of technology such as computers that easily transmit the information to the whole world. Transacts business in the companies that manipulated by an advance technology.

          In our country one of the problem among public schools are lack of textbooks and it is no longer a problem anymore because of the internet it served as a source of all information. Technology also helped our country to develop the modernization of infrastructure of buildings, competitive business sectors, and advance the system of education. All of these are the effect of enhancement of innovation of other country which we adapt in order to follow the flow of globalization.

          Agapito Flores known as a first Filipino inventor of fluorescent Lamp, alleged that he sold the patent to the General Electric Company because government didn’t gave a support he needed to follow it through. It is just an implication that we Filipino has a capacity to do an innovation all what we need is the support of the government and Filipino people to develop and enhance the innovation of our fellowmen that will be benefit by Filipino citizen most especially the next generation .

          Let us encourage our youth and people to make more innovation on how to solve a garbage problem of our country that kills life especially during the attack of typhoon that cause floods. Case study made that causes of floods in Metro Manila are the wrong disposal of garbage that blocks the canal and drainage. We suffer these problem for a decade, and we must help our government to find solution because everyone of us is responsible for the cleanliness, healthy and to make our country compete globally.
