This special language is the language of science, computers, technology, tourism and even in diplomacy. It gives as an advantage on many aspects of our lives if we know how to speak English. These are some of the reasons why English is not just a language.

First, aside from being the most spoken language, English is the official language of 53 countries across the globe. This means that when we can speak in English, we are capable of connecting to almost half of the world. It enables us to be global citizens.

Second, if you are into business or planning to have a business then you should consider learning and mastering English because English is the language of business. Global companies have already mandated their employees to use English as their official corporate language. International marketplace is also not excluded from this command. Learning English is therefore a life-changing decision.

Third, the world entertainment is the brood of English. Top world entertainments like movies, music, series, books and magazines are mostly published and produced in English. Learning English allows you to have a fun and engaging lifestyle.

I keep telling my students that learning English may be boring and tedious but it is rewarding and beneficial far more than anyone can imagine. It gives us opportunities and it opens our horizon to a brighter future; we just need to persevere and be patient.
