English is the universal language. It is spoken in most parts of the world. English is also the second language of the Filipinos. Learning English will make Filipinos more competitive and more exceptional around the world. Therefore, teachers must be equipped with essential knowledge in teaching English.

 

 

     English can be at least understood almost everywhere among scholars and educated people, as it is the world media language. All over the world people know many English words, their pronunciation and meaning. That is why the District of Orion headed by the supervisor, together with the principals and school heads, and their English teachers respectively, are committed in planning seminars and workshops to enhance and upgrade the learning of English the easier way.

 

 

     Teachers must focus on the total development of their students. They must offer and provide exploratory and enjoyable activities that will surely develop the five macro skills such as listening, reading, speaking, writing and viewing. English teachers must have various approaches as well as different teaching strategies to be utilized in every lesson to ensure the skills and knowledge gained by the learners in oral and written activities.

 

 

     Thus, all of these must be in an English teacher. These will enhance the capacity of learners to use English language effectively and proficiently.
