School’s vision and mission are very challenging nowadays due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.  Despite of this condition, the DepEd Officials believe that this kind of struggle is not a hindrance to continuously deliver proper education.  Hence, they provide an environment in which all learners can feel comfortable during learning while they are staying at their home by preparing different modes of learning delivery. Everybody needs to understand that it is through distance education, teachers could still apply a good communication to enhance children’s knowledge and skills.

           Furthermore, the main purpose on remote teaching is to genuinely enjoy distance classes so that once they finish their studies they will go out with a smile on their faces. To achieve this, they need to employ several fun and innovative activities to make sure that their students will remain curious as to what is coming next. Continuous learning changes learners on the inside and outside. As their brain absorbs more, they think more and have more to think with; those little pathways running from thought to thought.

          However, it is not easy for the educators to properly conduct it, so they need to be learned from their students as well. If their learners grow from learning, add to their skills and be better, teachers might want that too as well. This is call growing by experience. With this, quality of education will not be compromised.

          The dream of success motivates teachers to install their passion for teaching. Not only their success in teaching, but also for future students’ success. In this manner, teachers should serve as a resource to their students and be an inspiration to all learners. In turn, these children will become kind and respectful adults. Teachers should see the virtue in helping others and should know how to serve others in their future careers. As a result, teachers will be remembered on what they have done with their learners to achieve future success.
